There may often be times when you'll want to delete one or two items from your account and that's easily done by checking the item and selecting the appropriate option:

To delete an item from your account, go to your Master data, select the item you want to delete and select "Delete" from the yellow menu:

To delete an item from a channel, go to the channel category where the item resides, select it and select "remove from channel" from the yellow menu:

Once submitted, items can not be removed from a channel.

There are times when you might want to remove more than one item at a time. If you have a lot of items under management, finding those items can be difficult, so here are a few tricks you can use to find them easily.

Step 1:
Import a spreadsheet with the id of the items you want to delete in the first column and add a second column called something like "Item delete" and populate the column with the word "DELETE".
(N.B. you can use whatever terms you want, these are just for identification when performing a search in Step 2:

Step 2:
From master data, preform a search for the term "delete" and all the items on the import should appear:

You can now check off and delete all the items, just like you would single item.
