Your Vendor Contract Number is one of the required data attributes you will need to be able to syndicate your items to Walmart.
This is typically used as an identifier for each Brand you sell to Walmart.
The Vendor Contract Number is the last 3 digits of your 9-digit Agreement/Contract Number. You may have multiple Contract Numbers. Please make sure you use a Contract Number that has a valid Department Number for this item. The Department Number component of your Vendor Contract Number determines the ship point and returns options for the item.
Follow the steps below to quickly locate your Vendor Contract Number:
Log in to Retail Link.
Go to Global Supplier Management.
Go to Completed Agreements.
Click on the Dashboard.
The Vendor Contract Number is the last three digits of the Agreement Number (in the fifth column).
