There will be occasions when you have to reach out to The Home Depot to fix a problem with an item.
Here's how to get support from The Home Depot:
Option 1 - Submit a Support Ticket
Log into the Supplier Hub https://supplierhub.homedepot.com/
• Go to Tools > Item Data Management > Launch
• Then, select Submit Ticket and Click on Submit a Request (please include the applicable OMSID, ticket category, and Detailed Information)
Option 2 - Chat with a Support Agent inside of the IDM portal (NOT PDX Syndication)
The Chat icon is visible when an IDM Support Agent is available (located at the top of the IDM portal); this feature will allow you to chat live with our support associate.
