The credentials you will need and where to find them:

Your vendor portal Username - The username you use to log into PIM
​Your vendor portal password - The password you use to log into PIM

Step 1: Login to your PDX Syndication account. When you login, you'll be in the dashboard of your main MSSCO account and you'll need to switch to the vendor account that you'll be activating. This is done by clicking "Change Account" in the top right corner of the screen as shown below.

Step 2: From the pop-up list of vendors, select the vendor that you'll be activating and click "Switch Account."

Step 3: Once you are in your vendor account, select Channels > Channel Management from the left side panel. From the "Add Channel" dropdown, select AAFES.

Step 4: You will now get the "Add user identification" pop-up box and this is where you'll enter the username and password that you use to log in to PIM for that vendor account, then click Confirm.

Step 5: After you have entered your credentials, you should see the Exchange card listed as shown below.

Step 6: You can now click on Channel Overview from the left side panel and you should see your Exchange channel listed under active channels as shown below.
