Salient bullets are not currently part of the PDX item onboarding and enrichment process for The Home Depot.

Salient bullets are done outside the normal onboarding process and are not a requirement for an item going online.

They are typically created by an internal team at The Home Depot. There are some suppliers that create them, but there is no tool.
