How to add channels to your account

Adding the channel
To add a channel to your account, click on Billing in the left hand menu in PDX Syndication and select the Channels option to get to the Channel selection page.

(If you don't see Billing but see Channel - pease select that menu option)

In the search field enter your channel name (eg: Walmart, Amazon, or Home Depot) to lookup and find the channel you want.

Select your channel from the drop down menu and enter the required credentials for that channel.

Credential Instructions for:
The Home Depot
Amazon Vendor Central (any region)

Wayfair - Contact your account manager

Your channel should now be visible.

Activating the channel
To activate the channel:

  • Set the SKUs count to 999+

  • Add your payment information if you have not already done so

  • Save and confirm your selection
